Hello, I am looking for a plumber to install a new mixer tap in my kitchen as this one is leaking and quite old, I will get a similar one. I also have leaking shower taps and would also like to replace laundry taps which I will also get. It could be done in the next couple of days.

3 seater saphire spa has a slow leak on one side causing water level to drop after a few days. Appears to be on the left hand back corner as can see some water underneath.

I am currently renting a very old house; which I believe is going get demolished in near future Issue is that I initially I felt a little current coming from the washing machine drain hoe that goes into the laundry sink More recently I moved the wash machine closer to sink and was even hoping to instal a dish washing machine there too but have now felt a little shock which was more like something bit me . Hopefully is just static but I’m reluctant to go near the sink now. Could you please give me quote on how much to test issue ? Renovating back garden, potentially removing existing copper pipework that fed old retic system but may also feed through to sink in outhouse. Job: Cold water pipe runs by side wall, bring it up to a shut off valve and double tap (please quote and supply). Once isolated we can test if water supply to outhouse is affected and if so, reconnect to existing pipework. We will deal with extra pipework if ok to remove.

Ideally this Friday 14/06 to remove if possible? Small kitchen needs cabinets, cooker, dishwasher and extractor fan taking out, everything unscrews very easily by the looks of it. Bath and taps, shower head and taps needs taking out too, and bathroom cabinet and sink. If possible to then deliver to Hillarys. Will need to be reinstalled at the other end once the building is built too (6-8 weeks away) if interested. Thanks Alex
