I’m hoping to replace my shower head unit, toilet flush buttons and also shorten (or replace) the drainage pipe for my washing machine. I have included photos of everything.

I have bought a Brita MyPure A1C undersink water filter and need some help installing this. There is already a separate faucet on top of the bench for filtered water, it just has no connection to the water supply currently.

The main task is to fix a shower head. It was leaking at the connection point to the wall and now it's completely "blown" off so the shower head is no longer connected to the wall water supply. See photos before and after. Secondary task is to look at the water pressure for the kitchen sink. There's strong water pressure throughout the house, other than the kitchen sink. I recall a previous plumber saying it was too strong and he reduced the pressure but it has now deteriorated so that there's very weak pressure in the kitchen sink. No other taps are affected.

There is water coming through the downstairs neighbour's roof. A plumber has inspected and has told us it's the sealing on the shower. So we I need someone to re seal the grout. have own sealer and means of application.

I’m a tree guy. I hit a water main. Attempted to doggy fix by welding however, I am not a good welder. Kill me. Called emergency plumber. He said 2 k and he can’t do it till tomorrow. Said it needs a pipe freeze Because of my dude bird Pooh welding. It is now a series of pin hole leaks and looks like shit. It will be buried under ground though

Toilet becomes blocked very easily, doesn’t flush everything down and fills with lots of water after several flushes. Worked fine after no use overnight and now it seems blocked again, like last night. We have no tools at home to unblock.
