My gutters aren’t draining properly, leading to waterfalls of water every time it rains. The stormwater drains appear to be blocked and I’m not sure the gutters have a proper gradient. Also, depending on price, I’d like to prepare for rainwater tanks, or at least have the ability to reroute the water to future garden beds. Essentially, I have two options/quotes: a simple mend job or total replacement.

Looking for a plumber to attend a client’s property. The hot water is only running for about 10 minutes before going cold. We need someone reliable who can inspect the system, identify the issue, and carry out the necessary repairs/adjustments.

The mounted gas hot water unit has some issues. We have tried relighting it. Only small flames, and when we turn on the tap, there is no big flames. So the water is not getting hot.

We have changed everything possible and our shower is still dripping. The o-rings have been replaced as well as the valve spindle and we have reseat the valve too.

We have a washing machine drainage pipe leak that needs to be fixed.

Hello, I have a gutter that appears to be sloping down the wrong way and therefore water is not going down the downpipe properly. I believe this needs a simple adjustment. I would love for the person who does this task to be experienced with this type of work, so they can advise me if my guttering and downpipe needs replacement when doing this job as well.

I change the heat pump hot water system half year ago instead the gas unit, at the same time, I ask the plumber do the service of my shower valve cause it's leaking, and three months later, the shower getting slower and slower, I need someone can fix it, let the water fast as usual.
