Plumber to install this coffee machine (ECM Synchronika 2) with the filter (CP-4 Paragon) in, and waste line out, both through a new hole in the stone bench. Need an off tap under the sink. Ideally we could also discuss overflow prevention drains for both sides of the sink. There will probably be a need for some sort of adapter between the filter and coffee machine, per the text screenshot included under Photos.

Fridge (freezer section) stopped working,not cold anymore

I’m getting a new LG fridge and need it to be plumbed with an already available water connection point just at the fridge back.

Rain water tank is empty after the recent heavy rains. I am suspecting a water leak on the tank. I need someone to come and check where the leak on the tank and fix it. Also need to align the down pipe from roof to the tank to avoid water spillage during rain.
