I’m looking for a qualified plumber to connect my washing machine in the house I’ve just moved into. Standard plug and play does not work because the water inlet seems to be sealed with a blue pvc sealant. I want someone to fix this ensuring everything is sealed and compliant. The kitchen sink is getting clogged, need to check the pipes

I need a plumber to re-secure or replace a loose pipe under a dishwashing sink in my restaurant. The pipe has come off because the seal/glue no longer holds. We are looking for a plumber to repair a leak under the sink in one of our bathrooms. Please see the two attached photos for reference. Access is straightforward. The pipe connects to a washing machine. We do not know whether this connection or something else is causing the leak.

Leaky pipe in laundry area needs fixing

Need new shower head installed

New property and the washing machine drainage pipe has been sealed. Need it re opened.

Need to unblock the blockage in the bathroom. The water not flushing down, and come backwards to the bathroom floor after using the plunger. The blockage could be in the angle of the pile. Job need to be done asap in the morning. Location: Crows Nest

Reattach an upper dishwasher arm that has fallen down. I’m sure this will be an easy job for someone that knows what they’re doing but I can’t work out how to pop it back in.

Need a simple garden tap installed under a sink

Two leaking taps need to be replaced but also the tap for the entire town house isn’t closing off supply. So it also needs to be replaced

Change an old toilet seat to a new one (just moved in)

Need a licensed insured plumber - To install new toilet (I will supply) - Remove and dispose old toilet - Please note need to carry toilet from carpark to 2nd floor of townhouse as it is heavy. - Leave the site clean

Fix dripping tap. Tap has new washers but is still dripping. Looks like taps had been previously re-seated with reseating kit (which may need to be replaced).

Need to extend a hose line that requires re crimping and add a tap . Both outside

I need a hole made for a drainage pipe to be laid under the footpath. The red section marked in the photos is the area. The blue section will be already dug up and ready to connect to the red. I need a licensed and responsible plumber with understanding of council permission and understanding of hazards in this area such as water pipes etc. I am flexible on the dates but preferably next week on Wednesday or Thursday
