I need a hole made for a drainage pipe to be laid under the footpath. The red section marked in the photos is the area. The blue section will be already dug up and ready to connect to the red. I need a licensed and responsible plumber with understanding of council permission and understanding of hazards in this area such as water pipes etc. I am flexible on the dates but preferably next week on Wednesday or Thursday

Water is found to be leaking from the bottom of the shower to the bathroom floor. - You are required to perform the service in a professional and timely manner. - You are required to bring your own tools and all high quality product. - Little impact to the use of the shower is preferred - please indicate how long will the shower be ready to use after service. - Tax invoice is needed. Scope of works - - Remove existing products to the perimeter of the shower base and inject new product into the joint. - Remove existing products to the wall to wall joints and inject new product into the joint. - Repair and seal walls as required. - Cut out floor grout joints of shower recess and around perimeter of waste grate. - Inject new product into the shower floor joints & around waste grate. - Remove floor waste grate where possible, and apply new product to inside of waste. - Seal around tap spindles if possible. - Remove and replace silicone to inside of shower screen where frame meets tiles. The rusted door frame is excluded from the scope but you are free to provide a quote to fix it.

I cant get the hoses at back of washing machine to connect to taps. One tap also needs a part removing…

Dishwasher showing E4 error. I have tried putting bicarb soda and vinegar and hot water to try and unclog. There doesn’t appear to be any drainage issues. I’ve tried turning on and off the dishwasher no success.

Hi I live in a small block of 4 and have never had water temperature issues until recently. Water temp is now consistently lukewarm. I have a small old water heater and you can feel very briefly it is about to get hot then goes back to lukewarm. Other owner recently added a new water heater and I’m unsure if it is related.
