Remove existing tap in kitchen, replace with new tap (supplied) and connect water etc. Have added photos of the existing tap, hot and cold water connections, connection under benchtop and new tap

The job involves removing the existing taps and installing the new ones, and ensuring everything is sealed and functioning properly with no leaks. Requirements: Experience in similar tasks is essential. A licensed plumber preferred but experienced handymen are welcome to apply for this straight forward replacement. See 2 photos of 1/ inside water tank above sistern and 2/ hot water tap/hose with water leak. I now will accept a replacement plastic cistern and seat. Ceramic bowl is green but don't worry about colour mismatch since this is a temporary fix in this separate toilet room waiting for renovation in future. See photo of complete toilet.

Plumber required to fix broken pipe. The hole is approx. 5cm and the pipe is 75mm or 90mm gage. Require plumber to cut and replace this small section of pipe, about 30cm.
