Hi My outdoor tap is broken and needs replacement. Job is pretty small so it would be suited to any local plummer between jobs.

We've located a water leak near our water meter. It's next to the water meter and the main water tap. We're not sure what is that, the leakage is small.

Replace 2 taps. One in bathroom and one mixer tape in kitchen. Also run a line and fit a tap from ground floor to 1st floor. I have all the taps, but do not have the pipe required to run up to 1st floor. I am flexible as to when the job is done.

I can source out timber and shower head and you have to do pipe work etc. Have to run water pipe, existing drainage in location. Would like to discuss possibility of having hot water running however, the existing hot water system is on the other end of the house. Open to installing a smaller electric hot water unit. Water tap end of the bottom in the photo and shower going just above the stairs next to the hedges. Feel free to offer your per hour rate and estimate of cost as obviously this is not a straight forward job but would like to get an idea.
