Ly was very professional and articulate in his work. He suggested what was best for my elderly mother and I had new taps placed in the kitchen and bathroom. In the shower we had a handheld shower head hose and handrail installed. My mother and I are very happy with his work and would not hesitate in sending more work his way if something needed doing.
