I have recently moved to an old apartment in which I noticed a few water issues: 1. Hot water system only works for a short period of time then goes cold and after a while gets warm only. 2. Water appears yellow sometimes 3. Cold shower valve appears banging in the wall at a certain level then stop banging after I increase the volume.
