Hi guys, The swivel part of our current kitchen mixer tap came off out of blue last night with a relatively high water pressure. See pic 5-7. Not sure if this issue can be isolated and fixed. Anyway we've thought about changing the mixer tap altogether as it's nearly 10YO. The condition of the under-sink is shown in pic 1-4. There seems to be quite a bit of glue to fix the tab to the hole. So we're going to buy a new mixer tap that needs to be installed/replaced. Budget circa $140 is for the labour related cost (all inclusive). Ideally to be done sometime this week. Thanks guys for responding to this post. Cheers, Cici
