Need a hole in my wall plastered over

I’ve already got the tv mount in the wall but it keeps coming out so obviously I haven’t done it correctly. I need some concrete anchors to be put in I think or else the tv will fall off the wall

After house was restumped, we now have many cracks in the wall. Some hair line cracks and others a it bigger. About 15 of them. I have attempted to fix some but it looks crap.

Supply and fit 10mm gyprock plaster sheet to the party wall of the laundry and both sides of the walls connecting the storage cupboard and powder room: Plaster sizes are: one (1) off: 1750mm x 600mm and four (4) off: 900mm x 600mm and one (1) off: 430mm x 300mm. - apply mesh to joins, and sand to smooth. 2. patch and sand to smooth the rear cupboard wall.
