I’ve already got the tv mount in the wall but it keeps coming out so obviously I haven’t done it correctly. I need some concrete anchors to be put in I think or else the tv will fall off the wall

After house was restumped, we now have many cracks in the wall. Some hair line cracks and others a it bigger. About 15 of them. I have attempted to fix some but it looks crap.
