Moving out of a property and require: 1. Plasterboard repairs Holes in plasterboard throughout the house to be patched up. Mainly small wall insert mounting holes throughout the house and 2 small ceiling holes where old light fixtures used to be. 2. Repaint Repairs On completion of the plasterboard repairs, repaint to blend and conceal repair spots.

The plasterboard in my shower has been damaged due to previous water leak. Some tiles have come off and I have put these away safely to be reused if required. As a workaround I have applied contact vinyl over the area where the tiles have come off. I need this repaired please. I'm no expert but I'm assuming the damaged plaster board will need to replaced, waterproofed and retiled? Thanks.

I need a plasterer/handyperson to repair a hole in my garage wall (see photos attached). The damage is about the size slightly bigger than a football and is localised – no structural issues, just standard plasterboard. The job will involve: • Cutting/cleaning up the damaged section • Patching with plasterboard • Plastering/finishing so it’s ready to paint (painting not required, just prep) This is a small, straightforward repair – shouldn’t take long for someone experienced. I have a botched ceiling plaster replacement that was water damaged. The previous person did a dodgy job and did not fully replace the full ceiling plaster of the room, instead they cut out around the cornices and attempted to only replace the middle bit. Room dimension: ~1.5m x 1.2m Tasks needed done to my best knowledge: - Remove all existing cornices and ceiling plaster - Re-do the cornices and ceiling plater (preferably the ceiling plaster get put up in a single piece) - Drill hole for the light - 2 coat paint the newly installed stuff + one part of the unpainted wall (picture 3). - Due date: Flexible
