Small Leaking from Roof Tiles. The plaster ceiling (about 2m x 3m area) has water stain. Need to fix with small budget.

Need to remove plasterboards (wall and ceiling) including fittings such as lights, windows, wooden tiles, door, door and window frames). For kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry, no demolition required, just to remove the windows. Skip bin will be provided. Total 9 windows to be removed, wooden floor (not tiles), plaster boards (roof and ceiling but not in kitchen, laundry, washrooms).

Need hole in the roof plastered everything supplied. All that has to be done is cut the piece and fit it in which we have

We have 14 air vents on walls throughout the house that we'd like removed. We'd like the holes filled/plastered/patched/sanded so we can paint over them. This is just for wall vents, not ceiling vents in images. We have flexible timing - can be done across a couple of days, during daytime or weekends. Would love this completed within 2 weeks.
