About 20+ cracks to fix, bathroom is quite severe as per photos. Prep all internal walls, remove moulds and paint 2 coats on all internal walls. Including ceiling and cornice. The internal floor space is not big, only 1 living area, please see floor plan photos. The place is not vacant, so furnitures would need to be moved/protected.
