Have a 2100 x 1650 hole in ceiling. I need 10mm plasterboard to be installed to patch hole. Manhole needs to be removed. Also require ceiling to be sanded in preparation for painting (if possible). I have insulation that was removed when ceiling was cut open. We need to put insulation back in. I will organise my own painter.
