I am seeking a quotation for some minor internal cosmetic repairs at my property in Truganina (VIC), in preparation for selling the home. The color in the picture seems a bit different, they all look white under normal lights. The scope of work is limited and non-structural, and includes: Minor plaster repair and feathering to previously repaired areas near a door opening (hairline cracking only) Light surface preparation and blending Repainting to ensure a seamless finish with the existing wall/ceiling colour This is purely cosmetic work for pre-sale presentation, with no structural concerns or major plaster replacement required. There are a few more areas, which I will apply stickers to point out the spots. Thank you!
