Hello. I have 5 areas that require either painting and/or plasterboard correction, some areas bigger than others. I have 2L of colour matched wall paint and small sections of plasterboard. 1. A water leak more than a year ago de-laminated the paint from the plasterboard. Has been dry since. Requires painting, however filling or sanding required as there is a level change where there is no longer paint. 2. A small hole in the ceiling plaster. 3. A larger hole by a window frame (approx 15 x 20cm), cut out by a pest inspector. There was nothing to worry about, however the hole now needs fixing. 4. Some water damage to the bottom of the wall in the bathroom. I don't have the matched skirting board paint if it is required. 5. Some minor water damage to the bottom of the wall in the ensuite.

Hello, We are looking for a cleaning service for a 3 bedroom house to prepare for painting. To clean the walls, ceiling and floor to prepare for painting the walls and ceiling and prepare for polishing the floor. Cleaning the benches, toilets, cooktops etc will not be necessary. Someone has already wiped the walls and ceiling but there are some missing parts The inside of cabinets and doors need to be wiped because we will be painting that too. After wiping the walls, ceiling and floor, we'd like the cleaner to cover the floor and mask the edges, we will provide the coversheets and tape. Estimated about 2 hours. Can you organise to come over today, if not, tomorrow is also ok. Please give us a quotation?

It is a house with three bedrooms, one bathroom, one laundry, and a living room ~100m squared. I need the walls wiped, ceiling wiped, floor mopped and edges masked for painting. I can provide a ladder, cloth, mop, bucket and masking tape. I'm willing to pay $30 an hour for 4 hours ($120).

I tried to fill a small hole and it look terrible! Just need this dent fixed and one wall painted. I have paint but must bring drop sheets and own brushes. One coat on this wall should do as this room was painted 1 month ago. I don't want paint on my floors so someone fussy would be perfect ! X
