Patch concrete lintel, smooth finish. Supply and install render and angles required.

Need an experienced renderer to apply an acrylic render to a small brick wall (see photos attached). The job is just for the section highlighted being x2 sides, top and front face only. Hi, I have a few odd painting jobs to be done. I expect it will be a days work for one person. 1) sand and paint/stain external brown wooden cladding. It has two sides. See photos. I have patched a few holes with wood filler (white in photo) and these areas need to be smoothed out prior to paint/stain. Happy to discuss on site together whether paint or stain best finish and you can complete accordingly. I know the stain or paint colour when needed. 2) paint metal frame around side gate. See photos - red lines. I know the paint colour. 3) three internal house areas to be painted to repair the wall dents in two areas and paint cracking in third corner area. See photos. Hi, we have a ca. 3x3m bedroom wall that needs painted. The wall is currently covered with wallpaper, so this needs to be taken off first, then the wall needs to be prepared and painted. We have bought the undercoat and the paint. We have not bought other supplies that are needed to get the job done, but are happy to pay for them if necessary. If making an offer, please make it all inclusive (remove wallpaper, paint wall, extra supplies needed). Ideally looking for someone that can come in tomorrow, but other times can work too.
