Small bathroom + toilet needing painting white. I have done a few base coats myself but am looking for an even professional finish. I have some remaining paint that I have used so colour matching shouldn't be an issue. One of the walls does have 4x small holes (~50-cent piece sized) in it from a previous cabinet which I have filled with gyrock but will need a sand. I have attached pictures for your reference. We need 2 small porch ceilings painted. It’s been a very long time since they were painted. There is concrete under the paint (we are in a ground floor unit). There is some peeling/bubbling as shown in pics. A ceiling fan was recently installed on one porch and the holes need to be patched there. Porches are 3.3x1.5 and 2.3x1.5. Also there’s some minor peeling in various places inside the unit see pics. I’d like these patched up too. Plus there’s a small section of metal door jamb near the floor in the laundry that was painted over without rust being removed first. See pics, this also requires attention. Thanks.

I’m looking for someone to remove the textured paint from the concrete ceiling in my apartment. Area is approx 75m2. The paint is about 12yrs old and is starting to flake and fall off in places. I’d like the paint and cornices all removed leaving the bare concrete ceiling which I will coat with a sealant. This is not a popcorn or vermiculite ceiling, it’s just textured paint. It comes off easy in places but requires a bit of force elsewhere. Ideally you’ve done a job like this before and have suitable tools and equipment.
