The area is 2.6 meters x 2.6 metres in area - see photo. 15 years old, last oiled btw 7-10 years ago, Outside deck in needs sanding, oiling/staining. Contractor to provide sanding/staining equipment. I will supply the oil/stain.

We've just finished some repair work in the shower above so I need to paint the ceiling of the kitchen and tv area (see photos). Roughly 30m2. Will supply paint. I'm addition, I have a new handrail that requires varnish/staining which I've already purchased. It's roughly 2,7m long and requires 2 coats I think. Got a wall which had some holes patched up in it, I need the wall painted ASAP. The effected area is 3m long, but the whole wall is 8m long. It doesn't need to be an amazing finish, just enough to look half decent and get my bond back. I don't have the paint, as I was a tenant 😞 so colour and texture matching is required The holes in the picture have been patched up, it just shows up where it happened.
