We have exterior wood panels on our ceiling and they’re starting to bow and we’d like that repaired (or replaced if required)

2 bedrooms and possibly 3rs, and possibly hallway depending on deep clean that’s in progress, will need supply and installation estimate. It’s a to be rental property so cost effective and durable able are my preference.
