We need our front entrance wooden floor sanded and restained.

Pulled out the original old cupboard ready for a new wardrobe but all the walls needs painting. The room is only 3mx2.6. + the wardrobe nook. The nook will have holes to fill first. Paint gates and fencing at front of house with wood stain

We’ve had a new deck installed and need it sanded and oiled. It’s 30 square metres plus 2 x platform steps and the sides which are 2 panels high - Due date: Flexible

small short fence 8 meters long. need to just quick wire brush and slap some white paint on it. I'll suppy paint and wire brush.. doesn't need to be a perfect job just quick and easy max 1.5 hours work

Paint supplied, 1x bedroom, effectively 3 walls as 1 wall is filled with robes and another has sliding door. 1x undercoat, 2x topcoat Plus ceiling 1x coat To be done on a Monday or Friday ASAP

Bath which was re-sprayed by previous owner and bubbled and peeled within 2 months of buying home. Needs a proper resurface. Materials etc to be provided by person completing the job. Prefer someone with experience with this task.
