Require stone clad wall to be grouted. Prior experience required. Approximately 3m by 4m with a window in the middle (10 sqm). White/cream. Easy access, water and power. Indoor job.

Hole in the wall need plastering and painting white

Need the outside bricks of house spray painted white. Gutters and downpipes painted black. There are a couple other jobs, no idea what this costs so just putting $1000. There are a couple of painting jobs needed around the place which will need a bit of a conversation on best approach.

1. timber fly wire screens to remove, 2. 2. window frames to be painted externally only. Paint will be supplied 3 timber floors upstairs require caulking around skirting boards 4. External of property requires cobwebs being removed - Due date: Before Thursday, 29 February 2024
