I need the ceilings painted in a 3 br house. 3br, living, sunroom, kitchen, bathroom. Small house, currently empty.

- Clean 3 ceiling fans - example attached - clean ceiling and air con - see photo. Mould removal - bleach? Approx area 2.4 x.2.4 m - clean decks (there are 2 - one is 2.4 x 4.5 in poor condition; 2nd is 2.4 x 12m in good condition) - apply decking oil first deck has a small associated screen which also needs to be oiled

Exterior Painting - 2 x duplexes. To be priced separately. 2 Storey, all surfaces. See photos. Not interested in anybody just slapping on the paint, we want proper preparation, priming where necessary. Must have references we can contact direct. Includes garages at front. Deck painting cleaning and vacuum

We just need one room (skirting boards only) painted. And also some small holes in walls. Holes relate to where stuff was hung up. Photo is of the room we need skirting boards done. Everything is out of the room now. It’s empty.
