Rooms include: 1) - Loungeroom including two windows and front door interior side. Needs a wall crack repaired. 2) - Bed 1 has built-ins across one side of the room and small slim window + door. 3) - Bed 2 has four walls including small window + door. - Kitchen window (small) - Bathroom window (small) + outside of bathroom door. - No painting necessary for kitchen or bathroom aside from window frames as above. - No Ceiling painting necessary throughout as all vermiculite ceilings have been sprayed white. - Job needs to start morning of Saturday August 9th or late afternoon Friday August 8th. I need to move in on Tuesday August 12th. - Please provide a quote option to paint the balcony floor. We had an oyster ceiling light replaced with a downlight and as you can see from the photo, there's a hole (8cm x 8cm) in the ceiling that needs patching up. You can see there are 3 screws that need to be removed and patched up as well. There's also another oyster light we replaced but there's a bit of patch up that needs to be done. See 2nd photo. The 3rd and 4th photos show 2 ceiling fans. We've done the patch up and we just need these to do touch up paint. We've got the paint. But we need you to provide the Gyprock and patch up stuff. It was previously painted using Dulux Renovation and I don't like the coating as it can be wiped off when cleaning. It has recently been scratched up, so I want to paint over it and was recommended Rust-Oleum Tile Transformations, which I'll buy, unless you can get a trade discount? You'll need to come twice as the instructions say to wait 6 hours after first coat. Also I assume the current paint needs to be sanded as it's currently uneven? It can be any days this week.
