Details: • Full exterior painting of all brick walls (single-storey house) • Bricks are currently unpainted • Require exterior-grade, weatherproof white paint • Open to paint shade suggestions • You must have your own equipment (scaffolding/ladders, brushes, sprayers, etc.) • Light prep may be needed (pressure wash, dust removal) • Paint can be supplied by you or I can purchase separately. We can adjust that in quote. It’s in Darley 3340 Note - If you also do landscaping or know someone who can install a simple entrance pavement, I’d be happy to bundle the job — or consider separate quotes for each.

Floor plan attached, its a single story 5 bed house. Need to paint all walls and ceiling, recently painted by owner as can be seen patchy paint job. needs some sanding and filling. Walls off-white/ cottage Cream, ceiling white. Oil paint includes all doors, BIRs, architraves, skirting, same as wall colour.
