Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced in cleaning ceilings who can identify and remove stains safely. We’ve moved into a new house and one room has brown/yellow staining on the ceiling. I’m not sure if it’s nicotine/tar or mould, so I need someone who can assess it and clean it properly. We intend to repaint room and replace carpet after stain removal. The room is empty. Details: • 1 standard-size bedroom (approx. 2.8mx3.6m) with no furniture. • Ceiling has visible discolouration • Unsure if the cause is mould or nicotine — need someone with experience to determine this • Please bring all cleaning products, ladder, and tools Budget: • $300 Please only offer if you have experience with mould treatment OR nicotine/tar removal.

Paint a new cubby house before it's assembled with a coat of primer/step prep and 2 coats of paint. Paint will be supplied. We'll use two colours of paint to match the style of the picture attached. The picture attached is the exact cubby with pergola. It is roughly 250cmx250cm and the pergola is 150cmx150cm

Located on Northern Beaches, need interior painted of a little studio including ceiling. 2 small windows, bi fold doors to be stained with oil. Paint and oil purchased and ready to go (all one colour). Basically empty but will move desk into centre of studio. Then front exterior to be painted.

I'm in the process of giving my home a fresh new look by painting the walls in my living room, bedroom, and hallway. It would require an undercoat and two top coats and all the walls including the ceiling. I will soap down with soap wipes. I have all the paint and brushes.

Paint a balcony, prep has been done. Timber is pre-primed. 2-3 coats The beam that go to ground level won’t need painting just the balcony itself
