Balcony ceiling of unit, painted about 2 years ago but previous owner did some repairs to central area and used the wrong colour to cover it. Don't know what colour it is but it isn't just white, a more creamy version of off white. It's a textured finish. 14M2, easy job, no access problems. Photos supplied to help with colour identification but doesn't show the textured finish.

I have already put the first coat on it just needs a second coat. Everything will be supplied for you, rollers paint ladder etc just needs to be rolled on.

new kitchen installed in unit, small bulkhead (unsealed) and part of the ceiling where old bulkhead was needs to be sanded back and painted (I don't think the plaster is damaged)but if it is it will be very minor and probably just a skim coat required. Also a small area needs white silicon. Hello looking for someone to do wall cladding, our front of the house and side of the house, not a big area, the current wood on here is cedar timber, you would need to come and measure how long it needs to be and any other trims needed. There are also two small holes in the loungeroom from the TV stands that need to be filled and possibly painted. Two bedrooms had new floorboards lated and have had the skirting damaged when attaching again. Wanting someone with attention to detail to remove and replace the skirting in both bedrooms and there wardrobes. Skirting will be provided own tools will be required. I’d like three bedrooms freshened up. We have pulled all wall features down and washed the walls. I’d need help with how much paint to buy for the rooms and if you could purchase at painter rates and be reimbursed. Ceiling needs 1 drum, walls probably 15L 1 drum should be enough around doors and windows frames 4L. There’s some peeling from posters and holes from nails to fix. Walls are an off white picture with colour. Need roof (white) and doors painted as well. Sticking to the colours there. I have the paint for the feature wall. Would need plaster to fix holes.
