Painter wanted! 2 small bedrooms including walls, ceiling, trims, skirts and cupboard doors. Location Carrum, paint supplied only, BYO, tools, tape, drop sheets etc. MUST be completed asap.

I am looking for a painter to paint a 2 bedroom unit which is about 60sqm. All holes have been plastered so ready for paint. Painter to supply paint (we will pick colours). All walls and ceiling will be the same colour. We will also require the front and back door to be painted. We will also require about 8 metres of picket fencing (1.6 metre tall) painted (we will supply this paint). Fence to be painted as is with no preparation required.

I need my timber fence painted as soon as possible. Fence Specifications: Approximately length - 35 metres Height - 2.3 metres (includes fence topper) 7 metres of the fence is currently unpainted; the rest is currently painted but needs to be refreshed Includes side gate Job: - You supply labour, paint, tools and all other materials to do the job. - Preparation to include pressure wash and clean fence. Protective coverings. - 2 coats of Dulux weather shield in 'Iron Grey' on current unpainted section. 1 coat on already painted areas. - Will probably be a combination of both spray painting and brush work. Note: All plants and obstacles will be removed before the job begins. Important: I'm getting the house ready for sale so it's important that you use ground coverings and make sure no paint gets sprayed onto the ground or home. Old airconditioner has been removed. Remove outer wooden frame from wall. Fill the hole in the wall with plaster board. Paint plaster board and surrounding wall, no need to paint the whole wall.

I need my front and side fencing painted. One fence is a picket fence that is half done, just needs the other half done. I also need all of the rendered fences and retaining walls painted. I have all paint to complete the job. Probably a days work. Photos attached

I need few walls (see the plan) lightly skim coated to smooth it out and hide the imperfections before I can paint it. The house is currently vacant.
