Experienced plasterer required. The ceiling in my lounge has some plasterboard panels which have a rough textured finish on them. The rest of the ceiling is smooth and I would like the textured finish plastered over to a smooth finish ready for painting. The area is approximately 6M by 2M. I'm just looking for quotes at the moment... This will be a supply & install. Scope: Build 2 new internal walls to existing rumpus room, 1 with an internal door. You will supply materials, install walls, hang door, plaster and paint. Standard size door to have standard entrance lock. Very approximate sizes shown, mainly for quoting purposes. Current: this is a rumpus room, downstairs in a two-storey house. Standard ceiling (height slightly less than 2400) and floor covering is tile on concrete. Please quote best price and estimate of how long the work will take. Assume that I can help with this if it makes the job easier/quicker/less expensive. Scope could also include another wall in the other room, approx. 3200 plus a door, but this depends on cost, timing etc. The 2 images show the proposed in red.. second is for the addition of the 2nd room. Perhaps quote on both. As my dimensions are approximate (I haven't even run a tape across yet) I understand if quotes are somewhat ballpark, but please be as accurate as possible. Also, factor in a cost saving if I can help with the work, or if we drop painting from the scope (so only paint prep, but not paint). I can provide photos and firm measurements to those who can give me the best pricing, and a solid assurance of experience and capability. Will need your own brushes, rollers, drop sheets, tape, etc. Door, door frame, ceiling and window frame are not required to be painted. Cleaning/prep is required.
