This likely started from a past minor roof leak about 2 years ago. The leak has been resolved, but the paint is now cracking and peeling. We need to repaint following areas: 1. Repaint a feature wall. Require 2 layers of undercoating. 2. Repaint about 10 sqm of wall, 6-7 meters high 3. Repaint ceiling around 6 sqm. 7 meter high Can message me for more photos We will provide paint and undercoating paint. And we can provide roller and brush, but no extension kit. - Due date: Before Friday, 24 June 2022

I'm planning to put up a dividing wall in the existing lounge area to split it into a study room and a smaller lounge area. The study room will be (2.4m x 2.9m) and the new lounge space will be (3.5m x 4.7m).
