The two walls need to be painted white, and only the front rim of the balcony (can see it’s dirty) that wraps to the left side of the house needs to be painted with a render paint. May need a tall large ladder to reach some areas, as can see the wall can go up to 6-7m height. Just had our flooring installed and the skirting boards have now also been installed. However the skirts need to be filled where its not plumb with the walls and painted including touch up with putty where you can see the nail gun holes and painted.
