My 7-year-old townhouse has timber cladding that needs oiling. I have cleaned the cladding already using a high-pressure washer. Could probably do with sanding as well, before the oil is applied. East-facing front (approx 4 x 10m) show in photo below, there is also a similar north-facing side in the backyard.

Vacant 2 bedroom rental unit needs painting. Walls and ceiling could be the same colour. Ceiling only needs touch ups, doesnt have to be painted but open to suggestions. The floor will be polished and carpet will be replaced after painting. Should make it easier.

We need exterior house painting of our single storey house. The house is brick, however we need the weatherboard section which is part of the roof pitch to be repainted. Job is only for the weatherboard and green sections. Photo examples are attached. We have and will supply the necessary paint (monument grey exterior paint) for the job. These walls are currently yellow, the roof is already white, I just want all the yellow walls painted white, I rent here not my home so don’t want to spend too much on it just so it’s liveable for me, the walls are not flat they are old have that texture to them - Due date: Before Monday, 5 February 2024
