Fresh coat of white paint on gyprock ceiling and walls and skirting boards. This area has 7 internal doors and we just need 1 side of the door painted. I have shown the overall room size in my diagram. There are not many walls where i have highlighted (A) (B) (C) (D) (E) (F) because there are windows or doors taking up most of that wall. Edit: I'm told that I need to add some information to my brief, so let me advise that it is an older house and the ceilings are approx 2.9 m high. The sloped ceiling probably only requires touching up where there was a leak and that is at about the same height as the other ceilings. I have no equipment - ie paintbrushes, ladders, drop sheets etc. so you would need to have these. I'm happy to purchase the paint and undercoat. The ceilings will require prepping (ie sanding back all over as they're peeling in parts. The photo attached is a failing good indication of what the other two ceilings are like). I believe they will require a coat of Peel Stop before a couple of coats of ceiling paint. I'm seeking a painter to paint the ceilings of 3 rooms and another portion of a ceiling in another room which is slanted (it's the lower part of that ceiilng that needs painting - above the air conditioning unit). The paint is peeling in parts on the other three ceilings so will need to be prepped properly and a peel preventative used. I'm flexible about when it can be done, but of course sooner rather than later would be preferable.

I need my ceiling painted, select areas, not the whole house. I tried to do myself, am colour deficient, couldn't see it properly and found out I couldn't blend. So my missus tried to cover what I've missed and to blend the rest. Found out she can't blend properly either. Area is kitchen, loungeroom and hallway only, approx 34sqm. A 4 litres British Paint all in 1 from Bunnings is enough to cover the area which I can purchase before hand. Getting it done today or tomorrow would be ideal as my days off. I did around downlights by hand, so just needs a qualified roller for a professional finish,and the standard no drips or mess finish.

I have a bedroom that needs painting. It is about 4.5 x 4.5X m, and has no cupboards. It is currently white but is going to be painted dark green on the walls only (4 walls). There are two traditional casement windows on one side, but they are currently white and will stay white. The ceiling is white and will stay white. The skirting boards and door surround all need to be carefully painted green too, as there is carpet (see image). There is also some damage to the walls in 3 places that need to be fixed before painting, which may take time. This needs to be done in March 2026, and will need multiple coats. I think this is a day prep (the walls and getting the tape up) and two days of painting, as we will need at least two coats, probably 3. I do not have parking in Potts Point, so that needs to be factored in. I do have a ladder and the paint, but nothing else. Work from home, so happy to be here at early or late times.
