Landscaping and paving for a new build

I need all the existing plants, stumps, and about 10-20cm of soil removed (im starting again). The area is 3m x 9m. The top layer of dirt needs to sit about 10cm below the edge (see picture with down pipe). The existing reticulation must be kept and undamaged. Unsure of the standard cost of this work so $700 is a starting point. I have tip passes to please quote without tip fees.

The pavers are uneven. The edges need to be cemented so that the pavers will not move and droop again.

I ordered 2sqm of soil and need someone with a Wheelbarrow to move the soil from verge to my raise garden bed. Having a Wheelbarrow is a must as without Wheelbarrow most of the soil will go to waste. I think the job won't take over one and half hour.
