I need a reliable gardener/landscaper to tidy up the front garden of a rental property I own. The property is currently leased, so I am unable to provide exact measurements or quantities, but the scope of work is fairly small and straightforward and has been priced accordingly. The job must be completed this Friday, 24th July. Mow and edge the front lawn (very small) as well as the street verge. Clear away the lawn grass that is encroaching on both sides of the driveway. Apply a thick layer of mulch over the weeds along the flowerbed on the inside of the fence. No need to do any weeding. Must be done on Friday 24th July. * A small trailer load of mulch will be required for the flowerbed. Please factor the cost of the mulch and its delivery/pickup into your offer. * Must provide own tools and mulch and be able to dispose of green waste if necessary. * note I have four bags of mulch to use as I planned to try and tackle this myself* Just wanting to even out this area and make it slightly dipped so it can be watered without over flowing.
