Looking for some quotes for supply and install of artificial grass for front yard. In front of wall as well. Approximately 70sq meters

We have been advised by the council that to achieve compliance with swimming pool regulations we need somebody to fabricate and install 60 degree angle shielding for the top of our retaining wall (1.1m long - either side of a pool gate). Attached is a photo of the shielding I am talking about as well as two photos of the actual retaining wall.
