There is an existing timber sleeper retaining wall that is damaged by termites and rot. I would like it removed and replaced. The wall starts at ground level on the left hand side and slopes to 500mm high over the distance of 2300mm. It then turns left 90 degrees and continues at 500mm high for 3700mm. It then turns right 90 degrees continuing at 500mm high for 1200mm. It then turns left 90 degrees continuing at 500mm high for 1200mm It then turns right 90 degrees continuing at 500mm high for 700mm (at this location there are currently steps made out of sleepers, but these just need to be removed and not rebuilt. I would like the job done the next few weeks. Pictures are being uploaded now along with a drawing showing measurements.

Pruning a couple of conifers, few bushes, mainly roses, weeding a small area and and supply and apply 2cubic metre mulching mostly 2 strips either side of driveway and a circle in centre and a small rectangular patch near window. I'm needing someone with a trailer to collect a load of free mulch from Wangara greens on a weekend( voucher supplied), and deliver to my house and spread over 2 separate garden beds ( not large). Probably 1 and half hours max.

Three hours of manual weeding various garden beds, raked and wood chip added. No sprays used. No prickles (but prob sensible to wear gloves - it’s up to you). Requested that weeds are pulled out of ground, not ploughed in with a hoe. Some garden beds are raised, some ground level. It’s a small garden, and three hours is reasonable time if you work at a decent pace. There is a green bin to dispose of the weeds.

Total area to be paved is 35 sq/mtrs. For Caravan driveway at the front of my home. Bobcat has already levelled the area. I live at the bottom of a cul de sac so very easy access. This is a parking space for a caravan, paving from the kerb back to the house. Needs yellow sand base and compacting
