Need a designer to get some ideas on front and back lawn landscaping

Looking some some help fixing up my front yard, keeping it simple but I'd like the top plank of the retaining wall removed and posts sawed down to one plank level, if you could please adjust retaining wall to ensure its stable too. I want the front-yard edging to be done either using existing rectangle brick pavers or timber. Also, would require you to to level and place the square pavers. Willing to pay $50/hour for this job.
