Hi I need to change my existing sink for the same one, new one

We have a small hole/puncture in our stainless-steel kitchen sink that needs to be professionally repaired before we move out of our rental. It currently has a temporary filler over it, as shown in the photo. We need someone experienced with stainless-steel sink repairs who can remove the temporary patch and complete a neat, durable and watertight repair. Ideally, the finished repair should be as inconspicuous as reasonably possible. Please advise how you propose to repair it and whether your offer includes all materials. We would prefer to repair the existing sink rather than replace it, if possible.

I have a new kitchen sink/taps that requires installation. The new sink is slightly larger than the existing sink so would require widening of the benchtop cavity slightly (wood laminate benchtops, not stone). I would also like the undersink plumbing to be configured/upgraded to allow for a dishwasher to eventually be installed.

My kitchen sink has become completely blocked. Both sink drains are not draining. After trying hot water, the plumbing underneath the sink started leaking from one of the pipe joints. If I push the pipe upwards by hand, the leak stops temporarily, so it may be a loose or disconnected pipe joint. There is still water sitting in the sink. Refit sink which has become loose. Remove old silicone etc and reinstall. Also to fit new mixer tap.
