Hi, my kitchen sink is blocked and won’t drain properly. Because of this, the dishwasher connected to it also can’t drain and isn’t working normally. All other drains in the house (bathroom, laundry, toilets) are working fine, so the blockage seems to be only in the kitchen sink line. My kitchen sink has become completely blocked. Both sink drains are not draining. After trying hot water, the plumbing underneath the sink started leaking from one of the pipe joints. If I push the pipe upwards by hand, the leak stops temporarily, so it may be a loose or disconnected pipe joint. There is still water sitting in the sink. Saturday after 2pm. Remove/disconnect only. 1.5 plus drainer lightweight drop in steel sink. Has mixer faucet and also a filter tap faucet connected. No complex plumbing required -just disconnect and remove.

Hi, my kitchen sink is completely blocked and not draining at all. Water backs up in both sides of the sink. We have already removed and thoroughly cleaned the U-shaped pipe (P-trap), but the problem persists, so the blockage is likely further down the pipe. Looking for someone experienced who can: Diagnose the blockage location and Fully clear the drain Would prefer someone with plumbing experience.
