The connection between my kitchen sink and the drain pipe underneath has come loose. It’s not leaking, but the seal around the joint has come apart a bit. Looking for someone who can help to have a look and fix it back in place. Photos attached for reference.

Hi, my kitchen sink mixer tap has become loose and wobbles at the base where it attaches to the sink. It looks like it may just need tightening underneath the sink. I’m looking for someone experienced with plumbing who can inspect the mounting and tighten it securely. Kitchen sink tap needs to replace as current one is leaking,as well as bathroom sink assembly needs to be tightened up as it’s moving but no leaks

Leak from kitchen basin sink. Need new sink plug

Hi There, I have a 315L Rinnai HWU & installed it in my house a year ago. The delivery temperature of kitchen sink (around 5m from HWU) is too high, and its pipework bypasses the tempering valve at HWU. The delivery temperature of all other taps in the house are fine. I'm thinking about re-routing the copper pipework for kitchen sink to run off the existing tempering valve. Alternatively an additional tempering valve on the kitchen sink line would also do. Refer attached photo of the HWU & its pipework. The marked line is for the kitchen sink. I'm in Goodna (4300). I have a double-bowl stainless-steel undermount kitchen sink where the existing silicone/seal between the sink rim and the underside of the benchtop has deteriorated and failed. The sink itself appears firmly bonded and stable — it does not appear to have dropped or become detached. There is no obvious movement of the sink, but water can seep through the failed perimeter seal when pressure is applied. I need the existing failed silicone completely removed, the mating surfaces properly cleaned and prepared, and the sink perimeter professionally resealed with an appropriate sanitary/neutral-cure silicone suitable for the benchtop and stainless steel. This is a resealing job rather than a sink replacement. Please inspect the existing bond/support before commencing and advise if you identify any genuine structural issue requiring additional work. Looking for someone experienced with undermount sink resealing and silicone work on stone/engineered-stone benchtops. Please don't simply apply new silicone over the existing failed seal. Materials to be included in the price.

I have a new kitchen sink/taps that requires installation. The new sink is slightly larger than the existing sink so would require widening of the benchtop cavity slightly (wood laminate benchtops, not stone). I would also like the undersink plumbing to be configured/upgraded to allow for a dishwasher to eventually be installed.
