I need a handyman or carpenter to replace two full-length vertical architraves (approx 1.2m ea) next to a kitchen sink. Removal: remove the old rotten timber without damaging the wall. Cleanup: Use a razor scraper and solvent to remove old silicone/adhesive from the laminate benchtop surface. Installation: Supply and install a new length of H3 Primed FJ Pine (Colonial profile - 68/11). Must include one 45-degree mitre cut at the top. Sealing: Apply mould-resistant silicone along the base where the wood meets the benchtop. Note: I will handle the final painting myself. It seems when I run it tap at the kitchen sink.. the outside drain seems to be blocked.. the water comes up outside the the concrete next to the drain overflow The overflow also looks full of water ..smells a bit.. weird water is coming up by my Finger on photo ..see photos..probably needs a hydro? Kitchen flows ok though

Bought a kitchen mixer, just need someone to install it

My kitchen sink has been blocking whenever we wash plates and pots. We’ve had to use a plunger almost every time. I attempted to remove the blockage by inserting a metal object into the drain, but this has now caused water to leak under the sink. There is dripping underneath, and I may have damaged something inside the drain or pipe. I need someone experienced (plumber preferred) to: • Inspect and clear the blockage ( Litttle/ No blockage at the moment) Just water leak. • Fix the water leak under the sink • Repair or replace any damaged parts if required - I am not looking for a temporary unblock. I need a proper, long-term solution.

Replace kitchen sink and new mixer tap.New S trap etc. The new sink is 10 centimetres deeper and a tap and fitting will need to be moved to fit the new sonk. In the pics I have useds a measuring tape so you can see roughly where the new sink will go. Thanks so much.
