I’m looking for someone to diagnose and fix a kitchen sink plumbing issue. Problem: * The kitchen sink appears to have a partial blockage. * When the dishwasher drains, water leaks from the pipe under the sink. * The leak only seems to occur when the dishwasher is pumping water out. I’m looking for someone who can: * Diagnose the cause of the blockage and leak. * Clear the blockage if required. * Fix the leaking pipe/fitting. * Let me know if any additional work or parts are needed before proceeding.

The kitchen sink is leaking underneath. We suspect the leak is coming from the sink waste/drain connection directly beneath the sink (circled in the attached photo), but we're not certain.

Removal of existing kitchen sink mixer tap and installation of new mixer tap by licensed plumber. Disclosure: - The plastic locking nut on the existing mixer is not budging when I tried to loosen it. We don’t mind if it and the existing mixer is damaged whilst it’s being removed as long as the new one can be installed. - The locking nut is tight to the back of the cabinet.

Saturday after 2pm. Remove/disconnect only. 1.5 plus drainer lightweight drop in steel sink. Has mixer faucet and also a filter tap faucet connected. No complex plumbing required -just disconnect and remove.

Hi, my kitchen sink is completely blocked and not draining at all. Water backs up in both sides of the sink. We have already removed and thoroughly cleaned the U-shaped pipe (P-trap), but the problem persists, so the blockage is likely further down the pipe. Looking for someone experienced who can: Diagnose the blockage location and Fully clear the drain Would prefer someone with plumbing experience. My Elderly Aunty has a kitchen mixer tap that I think has become loose, water flow is still ok, but need someone to go & tighten the mixer for her so she can use it without worrying(I assume it just needs tightening from underneath). This literally could be a 5 minute job. I will just need to coordinate a time for you to visit with her.
