Find professional kitchen drawer repair in VIC

I have two deep kitchen drawers and I’d like to add internal drawers to these two drawers.

The runner on the left has lost a screw and so the drawer drops. I do not know enoigh about Hettich draws to be able to remove the draw to get to the runner, nor how to get the draw back on. PLus, I'd like both runners checked to make sure they are properly secured to minimise the chance this might happen again. It would be good to be taught how to do this myself just in case. Hoping to get this done this week - Tuesdays are not good for me, though. Other days should be OK.

The safety feature on 3 drawers in my house that makes it close slowly has some issue and causes it to reopen and stay open. Please quote the the price with replacement parts and the labour costs that will be required to fix this. Thank you for your response in advance. budget 50 each

I had new cupboards and drawers installed however the touch close drawers are driving me crazy. I’d like to change them to soft closing.

we put too heavy dishes in, the drawer dropped and cant open and close properly. it is not smooth
