Hi Team, I have an investment property in the Epping suburb of Melbourne that is currently tenanted and requires a few minor repairs. Please find the list of items below and provide a quote. 1.) Front wooden door lock not working, the tongue isn’t moving. It locks the renter out. We believe the barrel needs changing. 2.) Bedroom 1 door just opens when you shut it. 3.)
