Had previously installed a chandelier with battery operating lights. All the bulb holders were removed. The job includes adding 6 bulb holders to the Chandelier as well.

I have existing roller shutters, misplaced the controllers/remote, and am looking for a new controller/reprogram the shutters - The price is negotiable

Install one plastic lattice panel over fence using two steel posts and brackets to dynabolt into the concrete. Install from the black gate going back, similar to the ones pictured in the photos. You will not be able to access neighbours property, but you could use the top railing through the fence to drill screws in to hold the posts. And the bracket will hold the bottom, then small metal screws to secure the panel onto the posts. You must be able to do the job without Mme there, you might want to have a look before doing the job. All materials provided. Work quietly when doing the job as it's my mum's house who is elderly. Do not be bothered by unfriendly neighbours, just focus on the job. Job is in Pennington area.

Recently resurfaced bathroom, need new towel rail and bath spout installed (I have both). TOWEL RAIL The towel rail is the same length as previous however it is fixed with two screws so the holes don’t line up - see photo. BATH SPOUT The pipe is too long for the bath spout we chose and needs to be cut back for the bath spout to fit neatly - see photo. Looking for someone with all the necessary equipment and knowledge.

Need mirror hung in bathroom (on tiles)

I have water run off from the council area that pools at the curb near my house and wont run off. I need maybe 3-4 cuts in the curb and those metal "brackets" put in to allow water to come out. There wont be the provision for the white pipe as the photo shows from the neighbours curb, just the metal bit- And maybe some guidance as to a mesh that I can allow water to escape but not the rocks.
