Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to help identify and remove a persistent sewage/drain smell around the kitchen sink and under the cabinet. The sink was blocked about 2 months ago and was cleared by another plumber with water-jetting. Since then, we have noticed a sewage/drain smell around the cabinet area. We suspect there may be a leak or smell coming from around the drain pipe where it goes through the floor during the water jetting. We have already tried sealing around the pipe with foam, but the smell is still there. Main task: Find the source of the smell and fix it so the smell is gone. Replace broken outdoor blind, cheap temporary solution: I’m looking for someone to remove/replace the existing broken outdoor window blind shown in the photo. I’m not looking for an expensive custom blind at this stage, I just need a cheap, practical temporary solution for summer to provide shade and reduce heat through the window. Very happy with something basic such as a bamboo/reed outdoor blind, simple roll-up shade or similar inexpensive option. It does not need a winding mechanism, I’m completely happy to manually roll it up and secure/tie it when needed. I have a cracked built in soap dish in second shower. I tried to remove it to install a new dispenser but couldn’t get it off correctly. Need someone with appropriate skills to get it off cleanly, put a new backing on it and install the dispenser over it (which has a kit I.e. glues and etc). Further there is some cracked tiling stuff scattered on the floor, which needs to be removed.
