Unclog kitchen sink with hydrojet Might due to pipe backfilling angle from the sewer

Need plumber to hydrojet kitchen sink Has tried draino, acid, plunger and nothing works, Potentially due to backfilling pipe angle issue. Have access to subfloor. The job would be to hydrojet the blockage and to give quote to fix the pipe angle properly as well

Remove existing kitchen mixer tap and install a new mixer tap. Existing tap is functioning but the handle assembly has failed. New tap can be supplied by me or quoted separately. Please include experience installing kitchen mixers.

The tap aerator has come off from my kitchen sink. Its a push in aerator as the aerator or tap have no threads. I live in a rental so cant change the tap. Ive tried a few aerators and they dont work. I need the outside of the aerator to have threads so I can attach my water filter. Any help would be appreciated.
