Need someone to fix the garage roof leak. The metal is starting to corrode and one of the panel needs fixing. Remove old cladding, capping, and flashings. Install insulation sarking, new battens, and Zincalume cladding with color-matched flashings and cappings. Provide fall protection, clean up the site, and dispose of all rubbish.

Install door handles (included) to new timber doors. Handle and latch need to be installed, holes drilled etc. Door may need slight modification. Payment will not be released for mistakes and replacements.

Need help with repairing leaking pipe under the backyard lawn for irrigation sprinkler. When the sprinkler system is on, the sprinkler doesn’t activate but a specific area in the lawn gets very wet with water. Suspect broken pipe in that area. If you repair these, how do you charge and do you have any tech to pin point the area or do you need to dig into the lawn to find the area? What’s your pricing arrangement?
