Hi, We would like an experienced HVAC maintenance specialist to look into our Vulcan Heating system for a single unit home. Through initial troubleshooting i have found that it turns on for a few mins, but doesn't produce heated air. Thinking the air grille system may need cleaning, but would like a second opinion. Some maintenance work items as below 1. Kitchen mixer tap leaking water 2. Laundry back door -weathered, dropped And letting draft in as there is a substantial gap above 3. Doors and windows need shaving - All bedroom windows & kitchen windows too hard to open and close (Windows needs shaving) - Main bathroom door paint works cracked and damaged due to the frame and door not closing properly (door needs to be shaved) - Master bedroom door can’t be closed (needs shaving) 4. Lounge room ‘dining room ceiling has plaster repair damage (fix/paint) 5. Bedroom 4- window from outside rotted 6. Main bathroom- basin drain is all cracked and peeling around the drain /plug area(noted for wear and tear) 7. Trees outside sliding door porch area is over growing over roof line. Filling the gutter.needs to be trimmed back. - Due date: Flexible

( + downlight falling/new ceiling fan- quote proved from Quasar/attached) 6. Master bedroom door can’t be closed - needs shaving 7. These works are not urgent and will have to wait for good weather conditions, spring time. I need a handyman to remove my decking nails and replace them with Stainless Steel Torx Decking Screws (supplied). Also need decking cleaned and applied two coats of decking oil around the pool area and the front veranda. Screws, Claw Bar, Karcher, Decking oil, applicator and paint brush to be provided. Approx. decking area is 65m2.
