URGENT - PLEASE HELP I arranged for a guy from the trusted tradie facebook page to install the attached dog door into my external laundry door. I sent pictures of the dog door, the door itself and told him EVERYTHING he needed to know. He guaranteed me he KNEW how to install the door. Today he arrived one hour late and was here for four hours. He completely ruined a $180 dog door and I’ve been left with a gaping hole the size of said dog door. I have repurchased the dog door and now need someone who ACTUALLY knows how to install them, to urgently install the door. I am bringing home a 9 month old golden retriever on Saturday afternoon and desperately need someone to please 🙏 help me get this door on. Obviously I will pay. I did NOT pay the other guy. And he said he would pay for the damaged door. I’m not holding my breath. The laundry door is pre-cut. He did cut the hole properly (so it appears) so the new dog door merely needs to be correctly installed in said door. I NEED this done by Saturday afternoon please 🙏. 1st pic is what I started with and what I need installed, 2nd pic is what I’ve ended up with 3rd pic is the remnants of the new door door, pieces he “trimmed” and screws he completely threaded to the point of being unusable 4th pic is off what he left me with.

Evaporator leaked and caused the ceiling of the laundry room below it to collapse. Debris is already cleared and a plastic sheet is currently taped as a safety measure. (There's a manhole in that ceiling too.) See photos of before and after.
