I have a garage shed that 3mx3m @1.7 high I will supply the materials unless you can source it yourself, no problems. I would like to insulate the shed with 25mm coolroom panels. The panels will need to be cut to size and installed with channel etc. I’ve attached photos to make it easier. I only need wall done not the celing.
