I have two jobs that need to be completed in the same room. I need the following 2 items installed: 1. A single curtain rod roughly 2300mm wide for eyelet curtains. 2. A double ballet barre (1.8m long). The two brackets will need to be attached to studs in the wall. The wooden barres can extend past the brackets to fit with the stud positions. The barre will go on the wall with the air-conditioner (see images). The following dates are unsuitable: Saturday 17/01, Monday 19/01, Thursday 22/01 (pm only) and Friday 23/01. The job must be completed by 4pm.

I need 4x ceiling fans fixed / replaced. They still work, but spin very slowly . I'm not sure if there's something that can be done to fix the existing models (preferred), or whether I simply need to replace them with new models (if so I am not sure what models to buy!). I'm happy to organise the collection of the new ceiling fans from Bunnings (or similar) before the installation, if required. All 4 existing fans seem identical, but 1 of the switches has a light switch on it as well, while the other 3 switches are for the fan only. Pics of the existing 4x fans and 4x switches attached.
