But the most impressive part was his commitment to customer service - It turned out one of the items was missing a part. Jason happily agreed to wait for me to drive back to Bunnings to replace the part, it took me so long to get the replacement because Bunnings were trying to claim it wasn't their fault (??). Most trades people would be frustrated having to wait so long for their customer, but Jason was completely understanding and displayed a delightful attitude the whole time.
