Handyman needed Friday morning to hang a couple of pictures and complete 2-3 small odd jobs (ie: tighten door know screws etc). Need masonry drill, and basic tools.

Looking for an experienced handyman/flooring installer to finish installing rubber gym flooring in a room approximately 3.5 m × 3.75 m in Terranora. I already have 16 heavy-duty interlocking rubber gym mats (3 ft × 3 ft / approx. 1m x 1 m x 16 mm thick) on site. 9 full mats are currently laid, with 7 mats remaining. The remaining mats need to be measured and precision-cut to finish the perimeter of the room. One side has approximately a 73 cm gap and another section approximately 39 cm, so I’d like someone experienced with cutting thick rubber flooring who can minimise waste and get a clean finish. Flooring is loose-laid — no adhesive required. Please bring appropriate professional cutting tools and straight edge.

Front entry door: * Remove the existing door knob. * Install the supplied matte-black passage lever handle. * Install the supplied smart Wi-Fi digital deadbolt above the handle. * Prepare or drill the door and frame for the deadbolt as required. * Fit and align the latch and strike plates. * Program and test the deadbolt, including keypad, key override and Wi-Fi/app connection. * Ensure the door opens, closes and locks smoothly without rubbing or interference. The supplied lever is intentionally a non-locking passage handle because the digital deadbolt will provide the lock. Poor standard reno resulted in things getting loose quickly. Bathroom railing fell off. May need stud finder scanner as holes look like they haven’t been drilled all the way through. Given its tiles and don’t want them to crack you need to be experienced with drilling bathroom tiles to do the job. Tv wall mount looks like one or two screws were not installed need to find out why and test weight tolerance.
